The purpose of this marketing tool is to analyze a property's marketing investments and determine if funds are being spent correctly and achieving the anticipated marketing results. Similar to a sales audit, we review all aspects of a property's marketing initiatives, budgets and more, using a customized check list, as well as prepare a full report with recommendations. The goal is to increase the return on your marketing investment!

The Check List - The ROMI check list covers over twenty areas, with a strong emphasis on today's eCommerce and the increasingly powerful Social Media, often an unknown and confusing area. The list provides the basis for the marketing audit and can be customized to meet a property or management company's needs. The check list is sent to the client prior to the on-property visit to determine areas of need. The completed list is the basis for the ROMI.

The Process - The Lane Group schedules an on-property site visit, meets with the necessary staff and department leaders and works directly with the marketing team to complete the audit. The on-site visit takes a minimum of two days, and then a complete report with recommendations is generated and sent to the client within seven business days. Additional follow-up visits are available to help implement recommendations, as well as provide additional expertise.
